Latest reviews of Accio Spanish-English app for iPhone and iPad

Pretty standard actually
I dont know what the other two are talking about up there. Either this was the first Spanish to English app they downloaded or the people who are selling the app wrote those Great reviews. This is not a bad app, but its certainly not the best in the app store by far. It is a standard vacation translation app with, where is the barroom, and could you show me the best bar in town etc. A small handful of audible recordings and a full dictionary....audible recordings not in dictionary. It is perfect for e beginner, but if you know Spanish even remotely, there are far more advanced versions out there. Ts is just My personal review, it is what it is.
Excellent Dictionary, Phrasebook okay
I really like and use this dictionary often. Excellent value for the price. I am an American physician and I care for a lot of Spanish-speaking patients. Im an intermediate learner of Spanish. The interface is nice and clean. Easy to switch English/Spanish look-up. Dynamic search suggesting words lets you get to the word you want quickly. The definitions seem to be listed by relevence, not alphebetically like a lot of dictionaries that often leave you thinking an obscure definition is correct. There are lists of related words and phrases that help the learner understand the word and its uses better. The ability to translate individual words direct from the phrases is also quite useful. The only thing I could suggest for the dicitonary: Add the ability to see the verb conjugations for a Spanish verb. You could add it to the menu that pops up when you tap on a word in a definition (dictionary, google, conjugate?) This would be very helpful to English speakers learning Spanish. It appears that since I bought the app the description has changed to Spanish only? I suppose that means it is now mostly marketed at native Spanish speakers learning English. I think this is too bad, since as an English-speaker learning Spanish I have found it the best dictionary app out there by far. The phrasebook is okay. I have found that I dont use it much. Fairly elementary stuff. More aimed at Beginner language learning. Still a decent phrasebook though.
Horrible interface and No quick access
This app is useless. You cannot go directly to words, you have to scroll through thousands with no indexing. It has very limited number of phrases built in. WARNING, if you want more, youll have to pay $5 more for an add on. There is a lack of any sort of thought of design within the interface. For instance, there is a large portion of the left top section which is totally unused - its blank! Thats the most important area and it is blank. I find it easier to simply google the text and find the best results, at least it gives an answer.
